TIP OF THE DAY:
Bake cakes with the oven rack placed in the center of the oven,
unless the recipe states differently.
Bake only on one rack.

EASY SUMMER RECIPES:
JELLO CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
-1 pkg. Deluxe Yellow Cake mix
-1 lge. box Strawberry Jello
-4 Eggs
-1/2 C Crisco Oil
-1 C. Water
-1 sm. pkg Vanilla Pudding
-1 lge. container Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS:
-Mix Cake mix, eggs, oil, water & pudding.
-Beat 3-4 minutes.
-Grease & flour 13"X9" pan.
-Pour batter into pan & bake 350 degrees.
-Mix large box strawberry jello with 2 c. hot water & 1c. cold water.
-Punch holes with fork or small stick in BAKED CAKE & fill holes with jello mixture.
-Put in refrigerator until jello is set, several hours or overnight.
-Spread Cool Whip over cake & keep refrigerated.
